You would almost seize to use hops 😉
Quoting Wayne from Wayne’s World:
“I did not know that!”
So says the yeast pimp. I’m on to you Dawson.
Dude, have you tried yeast? You should totally use it.
I generally just use the magic stick. I’m not paying hard earned money for “yeast”. Besides if a magic stick was good enough for my brewing forefathers, its good enough for me.
Ha!
Hmm… according to Wiki, “A factoid is a questionable or spurious (unverified, false, or fabricated) statement presented as a fact, but without supporting evidence.”
Take from that what you will….
That’s fair – it was presented as fact with no supporting evidence (but with a sweet link to the flavor wheel).
The stats came out of a cidermaking seminar I attended last week (yep, the speaker brought up the beer flavor wheel), but I think the original attribution is from an old BYO article.
The -oid suffix generally means “looks like/appears to be, but is not quite.”

Don’t mind me. I like beer!
